Use this map to guide you through the courses available to learn how to use ServiceNow's no-code solutions to build custom applications in ServiceNow. It contains the details for BOTH our Core Skills and Advanced Skills learning paths.

Your first mission is to enroll in this learning path and completing all three quests on the large Core Skills Island. If you complete both courses and pass the Micro-Certification assessment, you also qualify for the 'Citizen Developer Core Skills Micro-Certification Suite' badge. |

After completing the Core Skills quests, your next mission is to head over to the ServiceNow Citizen Developer Advanced Skills islands and up-level your ServiceNow Citizen Development knowledge by learning about Playbooks & the Process Automation Designer, how to build a Flow in Flow Designer, and how to create reports in ServiceNow. |

Complete both courses and pass the Micro-Certification assessment and you qualify for a Suite Certification badge that confirms you possess core Citizen Developer skills, knowledge, and expertise.
